Your Managed Print Services agreement for your Xerox Device(s) encompasses all parts, labor, and service.

This brief video below will guide you on how to request service and/or support for your Xerox device. Two convenient options are available for initiating a service request: 

  • Contacting the Xerox Help Desk by phone to speak with a live Customer Service Representative.
  • Utilizing the Support Assistant App in your device if it is equipped with it.
