Your Managed Print Services agreement for your Xerox Device(s) includes all necessary consumables, which will be delivered automatically, eliminating the need for you to place orders manually.

If you anticipate running a large print job in the near future or if your Xerox Device Agent is not connecting properly, you will need to request supplies by calling the Xerox Help Desk at 1-855-328-4181 anytime from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 8PM EST.
