Meter Reads
Meter Reads on your unit are transmitted automatically daily by your Xerox Device Agent. In the event your Xerox Device Agent is not communicating properly, there are three convenient options available for submitting meter reads:
- You can call the Xerox Technical Help Desk at 1-855-328-4181 from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 8PM EST
- Utilize the Support Assistant App in your device if it is equipped with it.
- You can fill out the form located on this page below the video.
